6. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked through our website, mobile app, phone line, or in person. When booking online, patients must provide accurate personal and contact information. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking. Some appointments may require pre-authorization or a referral from a primary care provider.

7. Appointment Cancellation

Patients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the website, app, or by calling the hospital directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, exceptions may be granted at the hospital’s discretion.

8. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation. Patients who do not show up for their appointment and have not cancelled in advance may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or the requirement of pre-payment.

9. Refund Policy

If an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, any pre-paid amount will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the event of a scheduling error or cancellation by the hospital, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
